It was made as an advertising supplement for a newspaper, and is a 52 page road atlas with a greenish cover with the newspaper ad on front. The flyleaf in the front has a colorful collection of route signs, some showing that states like Pennsylvania, Ohio, and others had started marking their routes. There are city maps and ads throughout the book. This undated page road atlas and gazetteer has census data and uses auto trails, so dates circa There are changes in the routing, including a trip around Lake Erie. Together they provide a range of driving escapesfrom beach vacations to mountain adventures to everything in betweenin the Northeast, Midwest, South, and West.
